Donald R. Cruver is an internationally recognized lawyer/executive with more than three decades of engineering and construction industry experience and on-the-ground project knowledge of more than 60 countries. He also serves as an executive consultant, testifying expert witness and AAA-trained mediator in connection with large, complex engineering, procurement and construction projects. Also an active author and speaker on a broad spectrum of domestic and international engineering, procurement and construction project-related subjects. Don is the author of the American Bar Association best-selling book on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and is frequently involved in the purchase/sale of engineering and construction businesses.
Jack's practice focuses on domestic and international transactions and claims. In this regard, Jack has extensive experience in: (a) the drafting and negotiation of design, engineering, procurement, construction, and other project-related contracts; (b) the assertion and defense of project-related claims; and (c) the development of legal, operational, and tax strategies for doing business in both the U.S. and abroad with respect to major engineering and construction-related projects. Jack received his undergraduate degree (B.A. History) from the Univeristy of Arkansas in 1994, and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law in 1997.
An engineering and construction lawyer, Lyn's practice also focuses on the licensing and protection of proprietary processes and technologies as well as the drafting and negotiating of related agreements for the front-end design of major international and domestic EPC projects. Lyn has represented buyers and sellers in both the purchase and sale of stocks and/or assets of engineering and technology businesses and has significant experience serving in a corporate secretarial role. Lyn received her undergraduate degree (B.A. Economics and Asian Studies) from Rice University in 1994 and her Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Houston Law Center in 1998.
Rob's practice focuses on the preparation and negotiation of project-related contracts, as well as the assertion and defense of engineering and construction-related claims. Rob also has experience in performing legal due diligence in connection with mergers and acquisitions in the E&C industry. Rob received his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland in 1990, and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law in 1997.
Wilson's practice focuses on the preparation and negotiation of project-related contracts. Wilson also has experience in the preparation and negotiation of project-related licensing and technology related agreements. Wilson received his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado in 2003, and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law in 2007.
