Lyn K. Fu's practice focuses on the drafting and negotiation of domestic and international engineering, procurement, construction and other major project-related contracts. She also advises clients on licensing and technology related agreements. Her specialties include tax law, international law, oil and gas law and intellectual property law. Ms. Fu is proficient in written and spoken Mandarin Chinese, has basic conversational skills in Thai, and has completed studies in written and spoken Japanese. She has also studied abroad in Singapore and Beijing, China and worked in international law firms in both Bangkok, Thailand and Taipei, Taiwan.

Jack W. Robbins is an engineering and construction lawyer whose practice focuses on domestic and international transactions and claims. In this regard, Jack has extensive experience in: (a) the drafting and negotiation of design, engineering, procurement, construction, and other project-related contracts; (b) the assertion and defense of construction-related claims; and (c) the development of legal, operational, and tax strategies for doing business both home and abroad with respect to major construction-related projects. Jack also has experience counseling on specific OSHA, EEOC, and FLSA issues.
